Lil Wayne Confirms Issues With Cash Money Records

 

It seems like Lil Wayne's run with Cash Money Records is coming to an end.

Days after he sent shocking tweets to the world about wanting off the label, the rapper confirmed the fallout during a live appearance, where he promises that he'll be leaving soon
"It's a f*cked up situation, but I will be out of it soon, and I do it for ya'll," he said while performing at Vice's 20th anniversary party in Brooklyn on Friday (Dec. 5).

Lil Wayne's manager Cortez Bryant told TMZ this week that everything was fine, but would later follow with a tweet, saying: "Sarcasm at an all time high."

While Wayne's future is unknown at this point, Pusha T invited him to come to Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music.
